- Troubleshooting IT-related issues
- Handling customer inquiries

- Providing remote support via phone, email, and chat
- Performing administrative tasks
Elvárások
- High school diploma
- French or German or Dutch language skills for work and customer support
- Communicative level of English for interviews, training, and internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service
