The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational HR support in Budapest across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding preparation, employee documentation, managing employee queries, payroll coordination, employer branding activities, and offboarding, ensuring consistent and high-quality employee experience.

Feladatok:

Manage core HR administration across the employee lifecycle:

• Prepare onboarding materials and documentation.
• Issue employment-related documents and certificates.
• Respond to employee queries (e.g. health insurance, certificates, relocation, open roles communication).
• Maintain contact with payroll advisors on administrative topics.
• Support employer branding activities (e.g. ordering gifts).
• Manage offboarding documentation and ensure timely distribution to leavers.
