Feladatok
Collect supplier documentation and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
Perform supplier assessments, including sanctions screening and financial analysis.
Create, update, and maintain vendor master data and supporting documentation in the ERP system.
Follow up with suppliers regarding missing information and ensure accurate documentation.
Support audit requests, reporting activities, and contribute to process improvements.
Elvárások
Active full-time student status with a valid student ID.
Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Gross hourly wage: HUF 2,400/hour
Flexible schedule: 20–40 hours/week
