- Cost optimization for ongoing projects, developing price reductions in the given commodity area and measuring results using existing tools and reporting them
- Establish supplier relations, which includes daily communication and building a long-term relationship strategy
- Ensure professional support, communication and coordination for relevant stakeholders
- Establishing and heading intercompany task forces in critical situations
- Monitoring trends in supplier markets, developing opportunities and risks - Developing strategic goals, target supplier portfolio
- Monitoring and improving of purchasing processes
- Regular traveling is necessary mainly in EU
